Cheffins is dedicated to serving simple, honest food to people who appreciate good cuisine. 

The restaurant is in St Aubin Village, only fifty yards from the picturesque Harbour at the western end of St Aubin Bay. It forms part of one of the original merchant houses in St Aubin High St and offers a choice of ambience from internal to al fresco.

David, Cheffins owner, sources the best Jersey produce and locally caught seafood to prepare classic dishes ranging from Mediterranean inspired soupes de poissons to Parisian favourites and traditional English Fayre. His experienced sommelier guides guests through an excellent wine list featuring sought after selections from leading chateaux and wine  houses.

Our chef, John, is one of Jersey's foremost culinary award winners.
